FitPlus AI vs Hevy
Hevy is one of the best workout loggers out there — a clean, fast way to record your sets, build routines and track PRs, with a big exercise library and a social feed. FitPlus AI is a different kind of app: instead of you building and logging your own plan, it builds and adapts the plan for you, scores your daily readiness, coaches you 24/7 and handles nutrition. If you want a tracker, Hevy is excellent. If you want a coach, read on.

The real question: do you want to drive, or be coached?
Hevy assumes you already know your program and just want to record it beautifully — and it does that better than almost anyone. FitPlus AI assumes you'd rather the app decide what you do: it builds a periodised block, reshapes it when you miss a day, reads your recovery from your wearable, and lets you ask an AI coach why. Different jobs — one tracks, the other coaches.
Where Hevy is the better fit
If you've got a program you trust and you just want the fastest, cleanest logger with a great free tier and a community to share lifts with, Hevy is hard to beat. Reach for FitPlus AI when you want the app to build and adapt the plan, score your readiness and coach you through it.
